Redster Catherine Clements Named Among Pittsburgh Business Times’ 30 Under 30

by Ellen Mallernee Barnes in News

Congratulations are in order for our own Catherine Clements. The Pittsburgh Business Times named the Pittsburgh-based account executive to its 2020 class of 30 Under 30. The awards celebrate up-and-coming executives, innovators and thought leaders shaping the future of Pittsburgh. (No pressure or anything, Cath!)

The 30 honorees, all under the age of 30, represent a diverse range of industries. They will be featured in a special report in the Sept. 25 issue of the Pittsburgh Business Times.

Catherine, 25, joined Red Havas in June 2017 and has made herself absolutely essential to our agency over the past three years. The Duquesne University graduate has immersed herself in media relations, content creation, social media and strategy. She supports our clients across the business to business, corporate social responsibility and consumer sectors.

Catherine also leads 15 peers in Red Havas’ Future Leaders Forum, dedicated to making Red Havas the best place to work. She’s passionate about mentoring and up-skilling junior level employees, and now mentors four employees. A huge advocate for involvement in the professional community and continued education, she often encourages colleagues to join her for a networking or professional development event like Pittsburgh Business Times’ Mentoring Monday.

Outside of Red Havas, Catherine serves as the young professionals co-chair for the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Pittsburgh Chapter and volunteers with the Girl Scouts of America. And her well-rounded-ness just keeps going: In her free time, she performs improv comedy.

We couldn’t be more proud of this superstar.

What happened when we asked a few of her colleagues for their thoughts on Catherine? Oh, just a quick and effusive outpouring of enthusiasm…
