Top-of-Mind Tuesday with CMO Megan Rokosh

by Ellen Mallernee Barnes in News, Top-of-Mind Tuesdday

Welcome to our Top-of-Mind Tuesday blog series. Some weeks you’ll find a crowdsourced list of what Redsters are pondering and learning and falling in love with, and other times our top-of-mind list will fit into a single theme or come from one particular Red Havas staffer.

This week, Megan Rokosh, global CMO for Red Havas and Havas Health & You, tells us what she’s been into lately.

What I’m browsing online…

Thrive Global, Arianna Huffington’s platform, offers a refreshing point of view around various health and wellness topics. And she has an incredible and visionary team that works with her.”

What I’m watching on TV…

“I’m an endless consumer of business and real estate shows: ‘Billion Dollar Buyer,’ ‘The Profit,’ ‘Million Dollar Listing New York,’ ‘MasterChef’—anything edutainment where I can learn and binge all at once from some of the most talented people in the world in their respective fields.”

Trend I’m following…

“I love watching wellness explode around the world, and once-taboo topics become more and more mainstream. There are incredible advancements in products, technology and data that will impact us for generations to come. It changes every day and keeps all of us at HH&Y excited.”

Book I’m reading…

“‘5 Minute Daily Meditations’ by my good friend Sah D’Simone, a precious book from an absolutely lovely human being that sometimes gives me just the perspective I need.”

Keep your eye on the big picture and your long-term goals. There will always be fluctuations in the short term, but I try to keep building every moment of every day with my long-term vision in mind.

Lesson my mom taught me…

“‘Lose the battle, win the war.’ My mom always repeated this to me during any times of challenge. Keep your eye on the big picture and your long-term goals. There will always be fluctuations in the short term, but I try to keep building every moment of every day with my long-term vision in mind.”
